To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone at Everbloom Stays, we request all our residents to adhere to the following house rules.
Do not throw garbage outside your room. Use the dustbins provided.
Keep the main door closed after entering or leaving the building.
Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the building. Collect parcels and food orders at the main entrance.
Rent must be paid on or before the 7th of every month.
Use the property only for residential purposes.
Keep the room clean and avoid damaging furniture or fixtures.
Raise maintenance complaints through the tenant dashboard.
Submit one-month written notice before vacating.
The landlord may inspect the property at reasonable times.
Security deposit may be adjusted for unpaid rent, damages, penalties, utility dues or other outstanding charges.
Failure to comply with the House Rules may result in a ₹500 penalty per violation or other action permitted under the rental agreement.
