Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
Rent is due on or before the 7th of every month. Late payments may attract penalties and outstanding dues may be adjusted from the Security Deposit.
The Security Deposit is an interest-free refundable deposit. It may be adjusted against unpaid rent, damages, penalties, utility dues or other outstanding charges as permitted under the rental agreement.
A minimum one-month written notice is required to terminate the tenancy, subject to the signed rental agreement.
The property is strictly for residential use only. Commercial use or subletting without written permission is prohibited.
The landlord or an authorised representative has the right to inspect the property at reasonable times after giving appropriate notice wherever practicable.
Maintenance complaints may be submitted through the tenant dashboard.
Rental agreements and rent receipts available in the dashboard are valid electronic copies.
EverBloom Stays shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, internet outages, power failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Gurugram, Haryana.
