Room enquiries do not guarantee booking.
Token paid to book any room is non-refundable.
Monthly rent once paid is generally non-refundable.
Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
The interest-free refundable security deposit will be returned after property inspection and deduction of unpaid rent, damages, penalties, utility dues or other outstanding charges, as applicable.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 working days.
